Bailey Pakenham Psychotherapy

Meet Your Therapist

Bailey Pakenham, MA, Registered Psychotherapist

Hi! I’m so glad you stopped by!

I seek to empower and support you through whatever challenges and hardships you may be experiencing, and believe you shouldn’t have to struggle in silence. As an Attachment therapist, my passion is to help you explore the roots of some of the core issues you are experiencing in order to foster self-awareness and understanding. No concern or thought is too small or too big to be explored in therapy, and the most important thing to know about my approach is that I believe in meeting you where you are at and collaborating with you on your goals, even if you don’t really know what they are yet.
